Call for Nomination – International Excellence Awards 

Dear Sir/Madam,

The DK International Research Foundation recognizes expertly highly cited research professionals who are committed to teaching and research in higher education its coveted international level faculty Awards. These awards (Certificate, Medal & Memento / It’s a Non-financial Award) are presented in 26th May 2024 (associated with 12th Indo American International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research). The scheme has criterion, standards, regulations, application form, expert committee and judging process etc that are governed by the governing council.

DKIRF Awards 2024 invites nominations opened on 1st December 2023

Last date to submit nomination (Online / Email) is 24th May 2024

About the DKIRF:

DK International Research Foundation (DKIRF) established in 2017 is an educational service organization. DKIRF was envisioned and founded by Mr. C. Ashok Kumar. The Foundation aims to accelerate use of modern science for sustainable agricultural and rural development. DKIRF focuses specifically on research and development work and to own, establish, maintain laboratories, experiment centres, assist, subsidise any Government Semi Government, Private, Universities for Scientific and other research work and inventions related to the agro based business of the company by providing or contributing to the remuneration of research, scientific or technical professors, teachers for technical researchers, providing or contributing to the awards, prizes, scholarships, grants, sponsorships to the students or others to encourage them.

Eligibilities:

Best Researcher Award: Applicants for this award must have Ph.D. in any branches of Arts, Sciences, Social Sciences & Engineering. They should have published at least three (3) research papers in refereed National/International journals.

Best Research Scholar Award: Applicants for this award must have registered for his/her Ph.D in any branches of Arts, Sciences, Social Sciences & Engineering. (enclose a copy of the registration).

Best Senior Faculty Award: Applicants for this award must work at Colleges/ Universities are welcome to apply for the Best Senior Faculty Award. They must have at least ten (10) years of teaching experience.

Best Young Faculty Award: Applicants for this award must work at Colleges/ Universities are welcome to apply for the Best Young Faculty Award. They must have at least two (2) years of teaching experience.

Excellence Teaching in Higher Education Award: Applicants for this award must have a minimum five (5) years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic / research position equivalent to Assistant /Associate / Professor at the University, College or Accredited Research Institution with a minimum five 5) years of experience.

Leading Educationist of India Award: Applicants for this award must have a minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic / research position equivalent to Assistant /Associate / Professor at the University, College or Accredited Research Institution with a minimum fifteen (15) years of experience and fifteen (15) publications.

Best Director / Principal / Dean Award: Applicants for this award must work as Administration level in Colleges/ Universities are welcome to apply for the Best Director / Principal / Dean Award. They must have at least ten (10) years of teaching experience.

Best Women Faculty Award: Applicants for this award must work at Colleges/ Universities are welcome to apply for the Best Women Faculty Award. They must have at least five (5) years of teaching experience.

Award of Excellence in Research: Applicants for this award must have a minimum ten (10) years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic / research position equivalent to Assistant /Associate / Professor at the University, College or Accredited Research Institution with a minimum ten (10) years of experience and fifty (50) publications.

Life Time Achievement Award: Applicants for this award must have a minimum twenty (25) years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic / research position equivalent to Assistant /Associate / Professor at the University, College or Accredited Research Institution with a minimum twenty five (25) years of experience and twenty five (25) publications.

Distinguished Professor Award: Applicants for this award must have a minimum thirty (30) years of experience in teaching and/or research in an academic / research position equivalent to Assistant /Associate / Professor at the University, College or Accredited Research Institution with a minimum thirty (30) years of experience and thirty (30) publications.

Best Teacher Award: Applicants for this award must work at Schools / Colleges / Universities are welcome to apply for the International Best Teacher Award. They must have at least two (2) years of teaching experience.

Others: Applicants for this award must work at Schools / Colleges / Universities are welcome to apply for the Others Category Award. They must have explained how they are eligible to nominate themselves.

Method of Selection:

DK International Research Foundation (DKIRF), a three tier selection process i.e. Discipline based Expert Committee for candidates under `Nomination’ mode which is followed by selection through the Apex Level Committee. Finally, DKIRF governing body selects candidates in the routes of selection modes. Discipline wise Committees of DKIRF would evaluate and screen the candidates who apply on Nominated Routes without support from host institutions. The Apex Committee shall select short listed candidates for offering DKIRF Faculty Award under this Scheme and decision of the Apex Committee for selecting candidates in this Scheme shall further be considered at the DKIRF governing body whose decision is the final to offer DKIRF Faculty Award.
